Bondi apartment courtyard formal makeover
This lovely courtyard off the main bedroom is simply a bare wall & tiles...hardly appealing to possible buyers!
The brief: to create a formal private courtyard setting with hedges & water feature, to increase buyer interest.
Before
- This is the view from the main bedroom - very stark & unappealing!
- This outdoor area, which is such an asset, is under-selling itself!
After
- Rent-A-Garden used mature Conifer hedges to screen the bare wall & attached a tuscan water feature to the wall to complete the tranquil formal setting.
- The buyer of the property loved it so much she bought the hedges & water feature too!
