Although appealing, this property was located next to a service station, which could be viewed from the back deck. The owners wanted potential buyers to focus on the lovely rear garden area, not what was over the fence!	RENT-A-GARDEN used 3x 3 metre high Conifer hedges to enclose the deck area, and screen the undesirable view. The entertaining area is instantly more appealing, and the hedges help present this home in a more positive light.
