Formal courtyard creation

The initial plants are the right idea, but obviously lack growth. The brief: to create a formal courtyard setting with more mature plantings, to increase buyer interest.

The absence of furniture made the courtyard bare and uninviting. The white brick wall is stark and abrupt. This empty space lacked buyer appeal.	RENT-A-GARDEN used mature potted Spartan conifers to compliment the existing young plants. These helped to break up the hard wall area. An 8 seater modern table setting shows off the potential of this entertaining area and no doubt helps the sale of this property.
