Formal courtyard creation

The initial plants are the right idea, but obviously lack growth.  The brief: to create a formal courtyard setting with more mature plantings, to increase buyer interest.

Before

After

  • The absence of furniture made the courtyard bare and uninviting.
  • The white brick wall is stark and abrupt.
  • This empty space lacked buyer appeal.
  • RENT-A-GARDEN used mature potted Spartan conifers to compliment the existing young plants.
  • These helped to break up the hard wall area.
  • An 8 seater modern table setting shows off the potential of this entertaining area and no doubt helps the sale of this property.
