Leichhardt street appeal

The lack of plants and colour didn't present this property well. The brief: To create street appeal to help attract maximum visitors during the pre-auction period.

Lifeless colour scheme. Lack of greenery - harsh and unwelcoming. First impression not inviting.	RENT-A-GARDEN used Emerald Ficus hedges in sandstone containers to soften the grey front wall. Mixed colour annuals in white troughs were placed on the verandah ledges to add another layer of interest. Two hanging baskets of trailing Kalenchoe added some bright colour to the entry, and helped complete this successful makeover.
