How to Rent-A-Garden for your Property Sale

We understand the urgency of the pre-sale time of your property!

Our process is quick and easy...

  • Step one - You can email us some photos of your property on our Contact Us page, or we come to your home or property by appointment, to assess what is required and provide you with expert advice. This is a free service in the Sydney Metro area.
  • Step two - You receive our written, itemised quote by email that evening or next day. This will include the options for our delivery and installation services.
  • Step three - On acceptance of our quote, we deliver the plants to your home/property and show you the effectiveness of the recommended plants in the optimum positions. Any garden clean-up options are completed on the same day (if applicable).
  • Step four - You decide which of the plants/furniture you wish to rent while marketing your property. We take the others away.
  • Step five - Payment is required upon completion of delivery and/or installation to your satisfaction.
    • Payment methods: Cash, credit card, direct bank deposit, cheque.
  • Step six - A week prior to the end of your rental term, we will call or email you to see if you require a collection of the items, or if you need to extend the rental on a weekly basis.
  • Step seven - At the end of your rental period we will collect all the items.

You are in control!
You only pay for the items that you decide to accept at the time of installation.
