GARDEN MAKE OVER

I am writing to commend you on the quality service to us when selling our home recently.  A house needs to be presented in its best light, much like a car should be sold freshly washed and serviced.

Rent-A-Garden replanted our garden, trimmed the shrubs and surrounds, and provided garden furniture and large pot plants to suit the style of our home.

Your quote was reasonable, lead time quick, staff hard-working and professional, and the result truly spectacular. 

I was nervous about the amount of trimming and re-arrangement that was proposed, but the result showed the vision that makes you good at your job. 

The garden still looks a picture.  The petunias planted in early April, which we thought may not make it to mid-May, are still in bloom.  The garden gives the neighours and morning walkers, and us, something to admire and talk about.

Once we have settled into our new house at Roseville, can you quote on the garden there?  If you have a file of testimonial references, please include this letter in it.

TRANSFORMING THE OUTLOOK OF THE HOUSE

The house was sold at the auction last night.  The auction result is very satisfactory in spite of the market downturn.
