Darlinghurst balcony makeover
The view from this balcony is priceless, but the balcony area is harsh & bare.
The brief: to soften/green the balcony setting so that buyers will focus on views beyond.
Before
- Balcony edges are harsh.
- Eastern view is stunning but nearby buildings confronting.
After
- Rent-A-Garden placed Emerald Ficus hedges in black troughs along the balcony edge, to create a more enclosed, private feel whilst not obstructing the views.
