The brief: to create an elegant setting in style with the property, to inspire potential buyers about the lifestyle it could provide.

- We started with placing an urn of flowering colour inside the existing wall trellis, to give a central focus to the courtyard.
- 2 Spartan conifers placed either side of this urn empahsise the height of the space, and add interest to the wall.
- 3 Box hedges placed along the adjoining wall add additional colour and texture.
- Rent-A-Garden used a modern 8 seater table setting to complete the formal scene.
- All elements combined created an elegant setting that helped to sell this property quickly.
